The Walkers

My father Melvin Walker, was born in 1914 in Playas, while his father Moses Turnley Walker, was working for the railroad. My father died in 1948, in Georgia, when I was two and my Grandfather didn't talk about his time in N.M. He died in 1961 in Baton Rouge, Louisana (he was orginally from Louisana). I have some of the pictures of the adobe house my father was born in and also pictures of a gathering. I did find my dad's eight grade promotion for the year 1928-29. My dad's mother, Agnes Suggs Walker, died in N.M. but I don't know the year or where. Could be one of the graves at Steins.
